I am enjoying the Linux installment. A few questions, but so far not able to put them into questions or statements. Thanks, Babs for the great help you have 'ministered' here so many hours. Luv and hugs, Doc Hill-Oka

Hey Babz, I'm going nuts trying to figure out how to set up a decent website that will attract people to my sight so I can help them with their life insurance needs. Any advice? Thanks, Leanna

Hi Wayne! I do not think it is possible unless it can be done from Outlook. Which is now Windows Mail. Different from Windows Live Mail. They would have to be saved as files to your computer and then could be all printed at once. I don't use those prgrams too much. But I am learning about them more these days. Thanks for the question! C-ya, B

My Question is: can you actually Print multiple E-mails all at once? or is it just 1 E-mail at a time from your Inbox? This web site rocks!..

Hi Alane! Thanks for the message here...I do work on them yes. I can fix them to an extent. And of course liquid is a very bad thing. If you can open it up and dry it out. That might help. But it should be taken apart and cleaned before trying to turn it on. Something can short out. Best to take out the battery. (on a MacBook, do not do it if under warranty. You need to take it to an authorized repair shop) If you can take out the battery. Some do not just come out. If you can open the casing, even better. The more you can open it up to dry out. Use compressed air to blow out any dirt, but only after it drys out. If you have a lot of rice and a box that the laptop and rice can cover it....might work too. I have seen it work for phones dropped in water. Good luck!

Hey DR! That's the problem with hackers. Seems like Yahoo gets hacked a lot too. Just make sure (everyone) you do not use the same password for everything. Especially between emails, Facebook, and your banking. They should all be different enough not to guess at them either. we can all benefit by mixing caps & numbers into our passwords. Hope it's all better now...Peace!

Thanx for your reply to my holler. Problems is that this person got into my directory and sent CC to everyone in it, and some I never saw before. Thanx again.

Hi Mike, not sure if you ever got my email, so I will post here for anyone else with the same question. Hardware reapir can take time. After fixing a few laptop screens, I have learned it takes up to 2 hours, but usually only about an hour. So the cost would be parts and labor. Parts, I have gotten for as little as $16.00, and as much as $125.00. I can say I am less expensive then the shops, or many other technicians. Again, because I didn't go to school for this, I learned hands on. I have been doing this for several years now and have had a lot of success. I like to help people, not gouge them. Ok, well, hope you get to enjoy your laptop again some day! Have fun most of all! Enjoy life while ya' can!

Hi Mike, it really depends on how old the laptop is. Screens can cost as much as a laptop, just for the part. But if you can find one used it may just cost you a little more than $100 if I fix it. If you take it to a shop it will cost up to $400 or more. So depends on the laptop. Give me a call and I can assess it for free. Thanks for leaving me a message!

Just wondering is it worth fixing the screen on my laptop or should I just buy another one? I broke it when I accidently stepped on it

Hi Shannon! Good to hear from you. I can do a lot with a PC. But Macs are still on a learning curve with me. I do have a video called Macintosh Introduction and a book that tells you how to network Macs. If you would like to look at them let me know! And thanks so much for checking out my site! Take Care! Say Hi to your mom for me.

Hi, You may not need to buy a new one. Ask your self..how old is it? And then make sure all the little switches are on. I had a client last week who did not realize she had turned off her computer on the back of the power unit. she thought it had been broken for months. It works fine. Needed to be defragged was all. Look at the back and see if there is a switch. Then come back and message me. Thanks for the question.

I'll try anything at this point... my computer just won't come on. I miss it a lot. I haven't been able to use it for awhile now. I am ready to throw it out and get a new one. What should I do?
